• PM2 from Android: restart Node apps and read their logs from your phone22 October 2026

When a Node app under PM2 misbehaves and you only have a phone, typing pm2 commands on glass is the slow way. Dagon SSH has a native PM2 screen with processes, CPU, memory, restarts and logs, over the SSH connection you already have.

• SSH snippets on Android: save the commands you keep retyping15 October 2026

Long commands are painful on a phone keyboard. Snippets keep them one tap away in the terminal, with folders per server, fill-in parameters for the parts that change, and key combos for tmux and vim.

• SSH keys on Android: generate, import and use them from your phone14 October 2026

Typing a server password on a phone keyboard gets old fast, and a password login is the weaker option anyway. Here is how to make an Ed25519 key on Android or bring the one from your laptop, put the public half on the server, and log in with it.

• Monitor a Linux server from Android: CPU, RAM, disk and GPU over SSH12 October 2026

Running htop on a phone works until you need to read it. Dagon SSH has a monitoring screen that reads CPU, memory, disks, network, top processes and NVIDIA or AMD GPUs over the SSH connection you already have, with no agent on the server.

• SSH port forwarding on Android: reach a database or dashboard through your phone11 October 2026

Your database, Grafana or admin panel listens only on the server, not on the internet. SSH port forwarding gets you to it from a phone without opening a port. Here is how local and remote tunnels work on Android and how to set one up in a couple of taps.

• SFTP client for Android: browse, edit and move server files from your phone6 October 2026

Copying a log off a server or fixing one line in a config should not need a laptop. Here is how SFTP on Android works when the file browser sits on the same SSH connection as your terminal, and what it can and cannot do.

• Docker from Android: manage containers from your phone5 October 2026

Portainer in a mobile browser works, but it is a lot of pinching and zooming. Dagon SSH has a native Docker screen for containers, logs, stats, images, volumes and networks, over the SSH connection you already have, with nothing new to expose.

• Git on Android: a real git client in 20265 October 2026

Most "git on Android" guides mean Termux and a local clone on the phone. Here is the other half: the repo lives on your server, and you want to work it from your phone with a real git client, diff and log and branches, not by typing on a glass keyboard.

• Termius alternative for Android in 20264 October 2026

Termius is polished, cross-platform and genuinely good, and its Pro tier is a real subscription. If you mostly SSH from your phone and want that work done for less, with git, Docker and monitoring on the device, here is how Dagon SSH compares.

• How to SSH into a server from an Android phone25 September 2026

A complete walkthrough of connecting to a remote server over SSH from an Android phone, from installing the app to your first command, SSH keys, and keeping the session alive on mobile.

• Ctrl, Esc and Tab on an Android terminal, without the pain19 September 2026

A phone keyboard has no Ctrl, no Esc, no Tab and no arrow keys, which is most of what terminal work needs. Here is how Dagon SSH solves it with a toolbar you design yourself and swap per task.

• How to keep an SSH session alive on Android19 September 2026

Lock the phone or walk from WiFi to mobile data and most Android SSH apps drop the session and lose your work. Here is how Dagon SSH keeps it alive, in layers, and what each one needs.

• Termux alternative for Android in 202618 September 2026

Termux is a whole Linux box, not an SSH client, so "Termux alternative" means different things to different people. Here is where Dagon SSH fits, and the trick of pointing Dagon at Termux itself over localhost.

• ConnectBot alternative for Android in 202616 September 2026

ConnectBot is open source, free and reliable, and it has barely changed in fifteen years. If you have outgrown it, here is what Dagon SSH adds, what it costs, and when ConnectBot is still the right call.

• JuiceSSH alternative for Android in 202616 September 2026

JuiceSSH was pulled from Google Play in December 2025 and last updated in 2021. If you are hunting for a replacement, here is how Dagon SSH lines up, what carries over, and what it does differently.
